Sal's Prime Wine List

At Sal’s Prime we have endeavoured to proved a versatile, friendly, and award winning wine list: achieving a Bronze Glass award at the 2008 Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival as well as Wine Spectators 2008 Award of Excellence.

Our hand crafted wine room holds 1400 bottles and features over 90 Okanagan varietals, many from ‘boutique’ wineries that are not readily available. Our wine is diverse in varietals and in regions from which they come, yet all compliment the menu and the guests’ palate…cheers!
