Steak is king - and that's the way it is chosen and treated.
Ric's serves Alberta AAA Sterling Silver steaks, the top 10% of all premium beef produced in Canada selected for its marbling, fine fat granules, colour, texture and aged at least 21 days. Hand carved to meet our uncompromising standards, our steaks are then marinated in a superb blend of spices and grilled to perfection at extremely high heat. It's simple and infinitely complicated, and it's the best version of an old favourite you'll find on the Calgary dining scene.
The Value You Expect From a Top Calgary Restaurant
Our chefs are passionate about using only the finest ingredients like fresh herbs instead of dried; Macedonian feta because it's the best; hand-picked seasonal vegetables, and Ocean Wise fresh fish and seafood. We prepare our sauces and dressings in small batches and bake desserts daily. It costs a little more to prepare foods from scratch, but we didn't become one of the best restaurants in Calgary by skimping.
