Grilled Fresh Ahi Tuna With Wasabi Lime Butter , 7 oz…try it rare or medium rare. Rack of Lamb , crusted with Dijon herb coating and served on a pool of Merlot red wine reduction. Filet Mignon , your choice of 6oz or 8oz wrapped with bacon and served with bearnaise sauce. BBQ Ribs , a full rack of tender baby back pork ribs braised, grilled, and glazed with our housemade BBQ sauce. Alaskan King Crab Feast , one pound of Red King Crab legs with hot drawn butter for dipping. All Ric’s Grill dinner selections are served with your choice of our signature stuffed potato, rice pilaf, or chef’s special potatoes.
