Sous Chef
We have a vacancy for an individual to enter into a leadership role
in support of the Head chef in managing the back-of-house
department.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:
• Working on line to prepare for the shift ahead.
• Cooking meals to order in a timely manner while maintaining
consistently high quality standards.
• To clean and sanitize the kitchen at the end of the shift.
• To manage and train back-of-house employees
• Oversee employees in the Ric’s Grill Apprenticeship Program
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years back-of-house experience in
an upscale, high volume environment.
Beneficial qualifications include:
A Red Seal or Journeyman certificate
