Our Kelowna location is on the edge of City Park and Lake Okanagan
with one of the best patios in town. This is another store that has
a dual function as a well run busy restaurant and also as our first
lounge concept, Shine. Kelowna is also home to the newest addition to the Ric’s Grill family,
Sal’s Prime.
Sal’s Prime is modeled around the classic a la carte style
steakhouse that is broadly recognized as the pinnacle of our
profession. The quality of beef served here is second to none, rated
above AAA in a separate category of ‘Prime’. This beef is so scarce
that it is not possible to offer it as a mainstay menu item
in steakhouses. At Sal’s Prime we are going to extraordinary lengths to ensure
sufficient supply for our guests.
Besides the excitement in the restaurant industry in regards to
these events, Kelowna itself has much to offer.
