When a smiling Ric's waiter brings out a sizzling filet mignon or grilled fresh ahi tuna with wasabi
lime butter, he or she is also serving up 200 years of restaurant experience. All team members play an
important part in orchestrating the dining experience.

We have structured training programs for Front-of-House employees exploring aspects of service and
developing wine knowledge and for our Back-of-House employees there is the opportunity to enroll in
the Apprenticeship Program. We also have a structured Management Training Program that instills a
